REGISTRATION FEES

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Regular registrants (non-students): Early registration: $260 on or before May 15, 2006 ($299 after May 15, 2006); includes:

• Participation in all conference sessions (except tours and fieldtrips for which there are separate fees); see the conference Web site for a description of tours and field trips.
• Continental breakfasts and morning/afternoon refreshment breaks - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Lunches on Monday and Tuesday
• Receptions on Sunday and Monday
• Conference program and CD with conference abstracts
• Conference souvenir

Student registrants: Early registration: $135 on or before May 15, 2006 ($155 after May 15, 2006). A photocopy of the student's identification (picture I.D.) must be included with the completed registration form or be sent under separate cover if registering on-line. The student registration includes all items listed above for regular registrants. Note: Scholarships to pay for the registration fee are available for the first 25 students who submit abstracts that are accepted for presentation; contact rada.rona@uwlax.edu for more information.

Accompanying persons: Persons accompanying a conference registrant may register for a fee of $95. This registration fee entitles the accompanying person to participate in the receptions and lunches, but does not include attendance at the conference sessions. The workshop and tours for accompanying persons have additional fees.

ONE-DAY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Regular registrants (non-students)

• Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday: Early registration: $130 per day for registration on or before May 15, 2006 ($150 per day after May 15, 2006); see Full Conference Registration Fee (above) for a description of what is included for the day for which you are registering.

Student registrants

• Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday: Early registration: $75 per day for registration on or before May 15, 2006 ($85 per day after May 15, 2006); see Full Conference Registration Fees (above) for a description of what is included for the day for which you are registering.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Hotels-Lodging

• Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel (see Web site for contact information).
• On-campus lodging reservations must be made through the following conference registration processes.

All costs are in U.S. dollars (and payment should be made in the same). Methods of payment are credit card (Mastercard, VISA, and American Express), check (payable to UW-La Crosse), or wire transfer. Participants are responsible for any wire transfer charges (imposed by their bank or that of UW-La Crosse). A universal currency converter is available at the following Web site: (www.xe.net/ucc/).

Cancellation Policy. A full refund less a $50 processing fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before May 26, 2006. There are no refunds for cancellations after May 26. Substitutions will be accepted.
